He was General Manager the AETC Precision Casting Facility in Leeds, England. This $55M business manufactured complex castings from nickel-based super alloys for aerospace and industrial power generation markets worldwide.
He is a frequent speaker on merger and acquisition topics pertaining to privately held business transactions and has facilitated over 100 privately held business transactions since leaving the corporate world.

James is the lead financial analyst at Brandywine. He coordinates research, valuation resources, Brandywine’s secure data room, due diligence, and our strategic sales professionals. James oversees all phases of our process from the initial business evaluation, through due diligence coordination, to the completed transaction.
James received an M.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Business Administration from the School of Business at Villanova University.

Frank is a co-founder of Brandywine M&A. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He holds the designation of Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) from the Exit Planning Institute and Certified Family Business Advisor through the Galliard Family Business Advisor Institute.
Frank previously owned and operated a software reseller serving mid-sized companies and government agencies, and a Real Estate development firm. He is a member of the Exit Planning Institute, XPX Philadelphia, and the Galliard Family Business Institute.
Frank is the founder of Exit Decisions, an advisory focused on helping owners make crucial decisions regarding future ownership of their companies. He conducts regular continuing education seminars for professional advisers who serve privately held companies.
Peter is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds an MBA from Arizona State University.
Beginning his career with the Financial Management Program at General Electric, Pete spent the past twenty years in various financial leadership positions at GE Lighting, GE Plastics, GE Industrial Systems, GE Water & Process Technologies, AmerisourceBergen, and Bimbo Bakeries USA.
His 20+ years of M&A experience in general management, production, operations, manufacturing, marketing, and M&A make him a valued resource to Brandywine clients.
